Baker Process, Inc. received a petition from residents in Walpole, Massachusetts requesting this location be designated as a Public Involvement Plan (PIP) site, in accordance with MGL c.21E, 14(a). Baker Process, Inc. designated this site as a PIP site and prepared a PIP Plan. In accordance with the PIP Plan, a public meeting that was originally scheduled for 11 September 2007 has been postponed to 25 September 2007. The PIP meeting will be held at the Walpole Town Hall, Senior Center, at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, 25 September 2007, to present the Phase II and Phase III Reports for RTN 4-3024105 and provide opportunity for public comment on the reports. The reports are available for review at the Bird Machine Company information repository at the Walpole Public Library.
