Walpole's
Historical Resources
|
| In
1982 the Walpole Historical Commission, with help from the Metropolitan
Area Planning Council, published an inventory of Walpole's historical
resources. The inventory included structures (houses, factories, churches,
public buildings, etc.), areas, monuments and burial grounds, about
two hundred sites in all. The majority of structures were houses.
As some of the present owners of these houses may be unaware of their
historic status, a list of houses by street number is given below.
The list was admittedly incomplete when originally published. |
