TOWN OF WALPOLE
WINTER PARKING BAN
SNOW REMOVAL & OVERNIGHT PARKING

In accordance with Section 5(a) of Article V-A of the Town of Walpole Traffic Rules & Orders, any vehicle parked upon any way in such a manner so as to impede the removal or plowing snow or ice will be ordered towed by the Walpole Police. Further, Section 8 of Article V of the Traffic Rules & Orders prohibits the parking of any vehicle on any way for longer than one (1) hour between the hours of 1:00AM and 6:00AM on any day. Vehicles violating this order shall be ticketed and fined in accord with said section.

These regulations shall be strictly enforced from December 1 through April 1.
