Precinct Change Information

For Registered Voters

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 54, section 6, the Town of Walpole has made some changes to the voting precincts to reflect population changes as calculated by the most recent federal census. Your Precinct number is located in the box in the upper left portion of your census form above item number 1 - Dwelling Address.

Effective December 31, 2011, if your voting precinct is:

Precincts 1 or 2, your polling location is Old Post Road School, 99 Old Post Road

Precincts 3, 4 and 5, your polling location is Walpole High School, 275 Common Street

Precincts 6, 7 and 8, your polling location is Fisher School, 65 Gould Street

Please check your census form (column 8) to make sure that you are in fact a registered voter. Your political designation will be listed in that column. If you are not registered you may find registration information on the State Website or call the Town Clerk's Office at 508-660-6366 or 508-660-6343 for more information.

The next scheduled election is the Presidential Primary on Tuesday, March 6, 2012. The last day to register to vote, change party status or change your address for the primary is Wednesday, February 15, 2012.
