The Town of Walpole, in partnership with Invoice Cloud, is excited to offer a convenient, secure, and eco-friendly way to view and pay municipal bills online!

 

INVOICE CLOUD

You can make Real Estate, Water, Excise, & Personal Property Bills online.  You can search for your bills and then link them together using the same e-mail and password.  Once you search and link the bills individually with the e-mail and password, they will all show up in your one log in.  You can view the bills linked to your account under the "My Profile" tab at the top of your account page.  If you move or get a new car, you will need to link the new bills to your account using the steps above.

  • Schedule payments for a later date or setup automatic payments on the due date (AutoPay) or a day of your choice (Recurring Scheduled Payments)
  • Go paperless and receive bills via email

Phone Payments

Make a payment or check your balance 24/7 with our automated payment line. Call 855-829-0061.  Have your bill type / year / & bill number ready when calling.

Convenience Fees: 
There is a fee of $.40 to pay by ACH and 2.99% to pay by credit or debit card. An additional $.95 will apply for phone payments. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Go Green with Paperless Billing:
The Town of Walpole is offering residents the option to Go Green! Residents can choose to discontinue receiving a paper bill in the mail by electing to go paperless. An electronic copy of your bill will be available within your account. An email notification will be sent to you when a new bill is available. Sign up for this eco-friendly feature from within your account (on the Home page) or when you make an online payment.

Get a Copy of your Bill:
Residents can get a copy of their mailed paper bill online. Simply log into your account and select Recent Open Invoices to view and print a copy of your bill. We suggest you save a copy of this bill to your computer for your records.
