 If you decide that you'd like to place a geocache on land owned by the Town of Walpole contact:

Then once you have permission to place a cache on town land, you can proceed to geocaching.com for further guidelines, steps and final approval of your cache.

If you want to  place a geocache on private property, geocaching.com requires you get permission of the property owner.
