COVID19 Moderna Booster Vaccination Clinic

The Walpole Health Department will be holding a COVID19 Moderna Booster Vaccine Clinic on Monday December 13, 2021, 10am - 2pm at the Walpole Council on Aging: 60 South Street, Walpole.
The Moderna vaccine is the only vaccine that will be administered at this clinic.
