Mission Statement

To ensure the financial integrity of the Town is preserved and protected with the use of proper accounting, authorization and compliance with Massachusetts General Law.

What we do:

  • Ensure proper accounting, authorization and compliance controls are in place town wide.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to town management
  • Prepare and review weekly warrants
  • Provide accounting support to town departments
  • Prepare and submit timely DOR reporting
  • Account analysis and detailed reconciliations of the General Ledger
  • Assist with town wide budget process, and monitoring of same
