Dear Mr. Fisher:
As recently requested, documents associated with the Settling Defendants’ work at the Blackburn &
Union Privileges Superfund Site in Walpole, Massachusetts, were compiled on DVDs and provided to
the Walpole Town Library for inclusion in the Public Repository. The documents compiled were those
final documents produced and associated EPA approvals since the filing of the Consent Decree (CD) in
connection with the case United States v. BIM Investment Corp., et. al. (Civil Action No. 1:10-cv-11263)
with an effective date of December 21, 2010.
Woodard & Curran, on behalf of the Settling Defendants, provided two (2) copies of compiled
data DVDs to the Reference Librarian, Mr. Warren Smith at the Walpole Library on November
18, 2013. The attached table provides a summary of the documents included on the DVD
copies.
In an effort to balance complexity with distribution of information we plan on providing update DVDs to
the Town of Walpole Library Public Repository annually (November of each calendar year). The update
DVDs will contain any additional final documents and associated EPA approvals since the prior
submission.
