Executive Order on Remote Participation

Thursday March 12, 2020 Governor Baker issued an “Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting, G.L. c. 30A, §20.” That Order, which was effective immediately and until it is rescinded or the State of Emergency is terminated.

 

Call to order at 6:30p.m this meeting will be done remotely. The Meeting will be televised on

You Tube.

 

Chairman to announce that all members will be participating remotely during the meeting due to unprecedented time in the history of the Commonwealth. The Governor has authorized remote participation for all for public boards due to the Emergency declaration order that was issued on March 12, 2020. Every vote taken will be taken via roll call vote.

 

 

NEW BUSINESS

Vote to refer the following article back to the petitioner

Articles 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23,24, 25

Review and discuss TA revised FY 21 budget proposal
