Please be advised that West Street between Norfolk Street and Elm Street will be subject to one-way alternating traffic patterns during the hours of 8:30 and 4:30 on January 22, 23, 24th due to construction work under the railroad bridge at Spring Street/Depot Street(train station driveway).
Please seek alternate route.
