457 Plan
A 457 Plan is a deferred compensation retirement program for employees of municipal, state and federal government. A 457 Plan is similar to a 401(k) and 403(b) plans in that contributions are deducted from your weekly/bi-weekly pay on a pretax basis. To take advantage of this plan please contact the representative from Nationwide and/or the Massachusetts "SMART" Plan.
