Life Insurance
Basic life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance is available through Boston Mutual Life Insurance Company. The basic plan provides $5,000 of coverage. The Town contributes 50% of the premium for basic life only. Employee's cost is $3.75 per month. Employee also has the option to obtain additional voluntary life insurance coverage from $10,000 up to a maximum of $300,000. Premiums are based on employee's age at the time of enrollment.
