4. Section IV - 2(a) Dead-end Streets shall not exceed seven hundred and fifty (750) feet in length. Requested - Allow for a dead-end street of 950+/-

5. Section IV - 2(a) Dead-end Streets shall be provided with cul-de-sacs at the closed end with a turnaround having an outside street line diameter of at lest one hundred and four (104) feet. Requested - Allow for a cul-de-sacs with a turnaround having an outside street line of Ninety-two (92) feet 

6. IV-10 Open Space and Natural Features. Requested - No open space required to be provided

7. V-6 Roadways (a) The minimum paved width of roadways shall be as follows - Local streets: twenty- six (26) feet. Requested - Allow pavement width of twenty-four (24) feet

8. Section V-8 (a) Sidewalks shall be constructed on both sides of the roadway in all streets in a Type B subdivision. Requested - Allow only one (1) sidewalk

9.  V-12 Street Trees. Requested - No street trees

10. V-11 Monuments (b) Required monument shall be granite, four (4) feet in length. Requested - Allow concrete monuments instead of granite
