Below is a brief overview of Chapter 40B proposals.

Project Name - Cedar Edge

  • Address 55 Summer Street
  • Applicant Omni Development LLC
  • Specifications 240 rental units, 60 owner units
  • Status Application submitted to the town 1/15/2020
  • SHI Status 255 units could be added to inventory, pending ZBA vote

Project Name - Burns Avenue Development

  • Address 48 Burns Avenue
  • Applicant Wall Street Development, LLC
  • Specifications 32 owner units
  • Status : Hearing was closed on December 4, 2019. Decision rendered on January 6, 2020 and filed with the Town Clerk on January 13, 2020. Applicant submitted a modification of the approved project to the ZBA via electronic submission on April 26, 2020.
  • SHI Status 8 units could be added to inventory, pending ZBA vote
  • MassHousing issued a letter to the Applicant, deeming his modifications to the project substantial (1/31/2020)

Project Name - Moose Hill Condominiums

  • Applicant Radke Associates, LLC
  • Specifications 8 owner units within 4 buildings
  • Status Application submitted to the town 5/15/2020
  • SHI Status  PEL issued October 2019

Project Name -Diamond Hill Esates (Dupee Street)                                                           

The application submitted to MassHousing is on file and available to review with the Community and Economic Development Department.

  • Status Applicant has submitted eligibility application to MassHousing, June 3, 2019
