Campaign Finance Forms
All candidates for elected office must file Campaign Finance Forms. These forms are due 8 days prior to the election, 30 days after the election and a year end statement which is due January 20th of the following year. Even if you do not spend any money on your campaign, you must file these forms on time.
All Elected Officials MUST complete the Year End Campaign Finance Report with the Town Clerk's Office by January 20th of each year for the previous year.

Candidates for municipal office may also download the following forms for:
- Campaign Finance Reports (CPF M102) and Instructions
- Campaign Finance Reports (CPF M102-0)
- Statement of Organization of Candidate Committee (CPF M101)
- Statement of Candidate Not Raising or Expending Funds (CPF M109)
All other forms are available from the Office of Campaign and Political Finance.
